An Intensive Language Course at GEOs Sprachcaffe Vancouver is beneficial for students who are willing to invest a little more time in learning English in order to achieve faster and more in-depth results.
If you want to enhance your English quickly, book an intensive session in Vancouver. The extra lessons provide you greater practice in utilizing the language while still having time for afternoon activities.
The first four lessons of each day are the same as the Standard English Course and thus focus on integrated skills training using our main course book, English File Third Edition. The last two classes of each day employ no standard course book and can vary in topic, but the most typical themes include listening and speaking, as well as extension of areas covered in the morning lessons.

Timetable
The intensive course schedule focuses on academic time in the mornings, leaving our students with the rest of the day free to plan their personal adventures at the location. We provide 3 lessons per day with 3 hours (180mins) duration each day a total of thirty lessons per week (22.5 hours).
Course material for the intensive course
English File Third Edition, our main course book, enables students to learn the language in real-life circumstances through vivid, exciting reading and hearing materials, difficult activities, and monthly assessments that allow them to observe and measure their progress. Each level is meant to take 16 weeks to complete since a student may finish the whole curriculum of the level during that time and should then automatically move to the next level if their attendance is 80% or higher.
When students arrive, they must purchase a course book. Students who stay for fewer than four weeks may return their books and receive a refund.
Our Certificate
At the end of the language course, each participant receives a certificate. This can be used to demonstrate your freshly learned English language skills.
The Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is always referred to in the Sprachcaffe certificate. There you will discover all of the information required for worldwide comparison.
Our placement test
Not sure what your current level of English is? Don't worry, before we build learning groups, we give an online placement test. This is done so that students with similar language levels can be grouped together.
We also offer an online language test for you to assess your language level independently.
