Student Life Outside the Classroom
When you arrive in Vancouver you will notice immediately that you can see mountains from pretty much any spot in the city. That's what Vancouver is about, the perfect mix of natural and urban. Therefore, at GEOS Languages Plus we are able to offer activities for any taste from visiting a world-known mountain resort Whistler to cultural events in the city and shopping in historic Gastown where our school is located. In Vancouver you can enjoy a scenic bike ride in Stanley Park, hike and explore Canadian rainforest in Lynn Canyon, mingle with locals and play volleyball on the beaches, visit museums or attend some of the plenty summer festivals. There are many things to do here that can become memorable moments along with your Canadian experience and improvement of your English!
After your language courses, students are encouraged to practice their newly acquired language skills while participating in cultural & social activities as well as weekend excursions.
